“I like Pinewood because being a college student I find its convenience to campus and the surrounding community is really great. The apartments themselves are very large. They're comfortable, and they're very well maintained, which I think has a lot to do with the management staff here. They have always been very courteous and efficient when helping me with anything that I needed help with. The one of the other features that's really great about Pinewood is its little park that's located right behind it. It offers everything from basketball to family picnicking and softball and a lake. And it's a nice little quiet retreat I enjoy going to. I would recommend Pinewood Apartments to my friends and my family.”

“I've lived at Pinewood Apartments now for 4 years. The reason I initially moved here is because of the location. It's really close to Kent State University and shopping in the area is great. There's ample parking day or night for myself and my friends. Andre Bennett, the property manager is always on site and he's available 24/7 for any issues that I've ever had. Pinewood Apartments is a great place to live.”
